High Chlorinated Polyethylene (HCPE)

High chlorinated polyethylene (HCPE) , which is the stretch product of chlorinated polyethylene (CPE) ,is a kind of fine chemicals and synthetic polymer material with superior performance .
High chlorinated polyethylene is produced by special polyethylene through deep chlorination.
The chlorine content of the HCPE can be controlled ranging from 58%-75% according to the requirements from customers ,with the stable performance of chemical.
It can be soluble in organic solvents of various arenes , hydrochloric ether ,ketone and esters ,paritcualrly great solubility in methylbenzene and xylene solution.
The HCPE own the superior chemical stability based on its saturation of its molecualr structure plus the large amounts of chlorine atoms ,which is excellent coating and film forming resin and adhesive resin,
The HCPE make the coating easily film forming , oil resistance, ozone resistance, anti ultraviolet ,chemical corrosion resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance, and good anti ultraviolet ability , no react with any inorganic salt, fire retardant, good impermeability to water and vapor, wet chlorine gas resistance ,CO2,SO2,H2S , good heat stability which will break down when heat above 130 meanwhile releasing HCL,
It can be stored under normal temperature ,it has high adhesive force with the surface of steel productss and cement ,and is widely used for special anti corrosive panit and adhesive .

Application of HCPE
1.Special anti corrosive paint : marine paint ,container paint , anti-corrosion primer ,anti corrosive finish paint, ,anti corrosive varnished, anti corrosive lacquer enamel , anit corrosive and rust paint, anti corrosive aesthetical paint , heavy duty paint (bridge,steel structure,chemical machine, salt factory,fishery machine) , pipe coating etc.
2.Fire retardant paint, flame retardant paint ,coating for the outside of wood and steel structure .
3.Building coating, decorated building coating,concrete outside primer paint.
4.Road marking paint : painting for airport, pavement marking paint, route marking paint and reflectorised paint for road.
5.Adhesive: mainly used for bonding various pvc products such as PVC pipe PVC fittings ,PVC profile .
6.It can be used as original materials of printing ink and adhesives .
7.It can also be used as flame retardant agent on paper and fiber field ,heat-resistant modifier in the adhesive for rubber products(the main content is neoprene), modifier in ink for paper and aluminium foil.
HCPE is an excellent film forming material for special anticorrosive paint , which posses the advantages of long life time usage,fast dry , unlimited for temperature, single component,non-toxic, etc .
