The solubility and the chemical stable are better ,so as to enhance the heat resistance and corrosion resistance, acid resistance,alkali resistance,salt resistance and chlorination agent resistance. The chlorine content is increased from 56.7% to 65～72% .Vicat soften temperature is increased from 72～82℃ to 90～138℃.It can be up to 110 ℃ at most , and up to 95℃ for long lasting temperature .
