Brief Introduction
Chlorinated polyethylene(CPE) is a high molecular polymer material made from HDPE through chlorination by water phase method, and the special structure of high molecular give the products perfect physical and chemical property.
Products Series
According to the applications of CPE,we divide them into two groups: CPE and CM, and to meet needs of customers, for each group we developed many types with different technical indexes.
Performance feature
Ordinary plastic products:
CPE products is a kind of cost-benefit impact modifier,widely used in processing of rigid and semi-soft products,such as rigid PVC profile,pipes,pipe fittings and panel. CPE can enhance the impact strength of the PVC finished products.
Soft Products:
As a perfect elastomer,CM can be used for produce soft rubber products.
Magnetic materials
CPE is with a high filling ability fro ferrite magnetic powder,the magnetic rubber products made from it will own a good low temperature flexibility,and can be widely used as refrigerator sealing strips,magnetic cards and etc.
Flame resistant ABS
CPE itself contains chlorine,and owns with a flame retardant,and apply to formula of flame resistant ABS, Adding some CPE in fomulation of ABS ,not only can prevent from the loss of physical properties caused by adding too much inorganic flame retardant ,but also can enhance the flame resistant on the whole system.
